To be able to view any raised tickets, or browse our help center, users are required to log in. In order to create an account you can follow the instructions below:
- From the top right of this page, click the Sign In link
- At the bottom of the pop-up, click Sign Up.
- Fill out the form with your Name and Email and click Sign Up.
You will receive a verification link to your email, which will allow you to set a password and log in.
Users can submit a ticket without logging in by using the Submit a request button in the top right.
Users must be logged in to be able to view already raised tickets.
